Zach began his CrossFit lifestyle change in Laconia, NH. Zach met Michelle through a fellow CrossFit member who just happens to be his father Mike Burke. Zach is now a wonderful coach at CrossFit Monadnock who would love to coach CrossFit to everyone. Zach has accomplished converting multiple CrossFit haters into CrossFit lovers, including but not limited to his beautiful wife Hailey and his former coworker Alex.
